Brewing suggestions

We advocate western brewing method: 2-3 grams of tea per 200 ml of water. Infuse in 90 degree water for 2 to 3 minutes. Brew the tea multiple times and experiences the change in flavour during the tasting journey.

Packaging

Please note both our pack and tin are in 50g. For the tin, the tea leaves are packed in a pack and placed inside the tin.
